Knox County SNAP-Ed is a member of the Knox Health Planning Partnership. Every three years KHPP gathers county-wide data to create the Knox County Community Health Assessment (CHA) which then informs the creation of the Knox County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Knox County SNAP-Ed uses the CHIP to help inform Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) changes within the County. The 2021 CHA can be found here.
